Using Atlas
Atlas provides marketplace, merchant, acquisition, payment, device-intelligence, and vehicle-intelligence services. By using Atlas, you agree to provide accurate information, comply with applicable laws, and use the platform only for legitimate transactions.
Accounts and merchants
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts. Merchant access may require business verification, ownership information, active locations, and other information requested by Atlas or its service providers.
Listings and transactions
Sellers are responsible for accurately describing inventory and confirming that they have the right to sell listed items. Buyers are responsible for reviewing transaction information before completing a purchase.
Payments and fees
Atlas may charge marketplace, service, transaction, or other disclosed fees. Applicable amounts and fees are presented before or during checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe.
Device and vehicle reports
Device, VIN, recall, inspection, title, theft, history, or other reports may rely on third-party or government sources. Reports are informational and may not contain every event or condition affecting an item. Users should independently verify important information before making a purchase or sale decision.
Prohibited activity
Users may not use Atlas for stolen property, fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access, false information, payment abuse, unlawful conduct, or attempts to interfere with Atlas systems or other users.
Suspension and termination
Atlas may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, compliance, policy enforcement, or protection of users and the platform.
Availability and changes
Atlas services may change over time and may occasionally be unavailable. Features, pricing, providers, eligibility requirements, and these Terms may be updated as the platform develops.
