Atlas provides marketplace, payment, device, vehicle, and merchant services. If you need help with a transaction, account, listing, payment, refund, or report, contact Atlas support.
Payment or transaction support
Have your Atlas order or transaction information available when contacting support. Never send full card numbers, passwords, security codes, or other sensitive credentials.
Merchant support
Merchants can contact Atlas for help with onboarding, inventory, marketplace orders, payouts, account verification, and Atlas Checks.

For help with an Atlas transaction, payment, report, marketplace activity, or merchant account, use the contact information provided in your Atlas transaction communications or payment receipt.
